After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State to some extent, this Court shows disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to the applicant to approach before this Court if there is no substantial trial within nine months.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial within nine months.
