Learned APP Mr Doifode draws attention of this Court to the reply filed on record, more particularly para Nos. 4 and 5 stating therein that the officials of Union Bank of India as well as HUDCO Ltd. have been added as accused and charge-sheet has been filed against them on 08.02.2021. 2.

In view of the said statement on affidavit, Shri A. S. Mardikar, learned Senior Advocate submitted that nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Permission is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
