Registration of the writ petition was refused as office objections were not removed. The writ petition was dismissed before notices of writ petition could be issued to the respondents.

In these facts, without issuing notice to the nonapplicant and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 18 days in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Application is condoned, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 7th August, 2017 is set aside and the writ petition is restored .

Civil Application No.1532 of 2017 and Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.20338 of 2017 are allowed accordingly.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.One Thousnad, to be deposited by the petitioner with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
