Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to him, an illegality has been committed by way of excess excavation of sand. The petitioner submits that he had made several representations in this regard, which have not been taken to logical end. He has invited our attention to the representation dated 25.07.2025. 3.

In view of the above, we direct the respondentCollector, Gondia, to consider the representation dated 25.07.2025, and also treat the present petition as a representation, and to take an appropriate decision thereon within a period of six weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the nd.thawre
