s orders of directions Court' s or Judge'

s orders.

Shri S.M. Vaishnav, Counsel for the petitioner. Shri A.M. Deshpande, in-charge Government Pleader for respondent nos. 1 to 4. CORAM : A. S. CHANDURKAR AND ABHAY J. MANTRI , JJ.

ATE : OCTOBER 25 , 2023 Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2] The only relief sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the proposals seeking approval of the staff justification at the School run by the petitioner - Society. According to the Society, the proposals dated 27/12/2021, 3/6/2022 and 24/4/2023 pertain to seeking staff justification for the period from 2016 to 2023. For the reason that staff justification is not approved, the Society contends that it is not receiving grants to which it is entitled. 3] Considering the nature of relief sought, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 - Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary) to consider the proposals dated 27/12/2021, 3/6/2022 and 24/4/2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving copy of this order. The Society shall co-operate with the office of respondent no.2 and furnish all relevant documents in that regard. The decision taken be communicated to the Society.

4] With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule accordingly. No costs.
