Order challenged in the present petition has been passed in exercise of power under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The petitioners have alternative statutory remedy in the form of Revision before the State Government. In that view of the matter, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt alternative statutory remedy.
