DATE : November 24, 2015 Prayer is to permit the applicants to intervene in the writ petition on the ground that they are co-owners of Survey No.54 which is also the subject matter of the present proceedings. Shri S. D. Chopde, learned counsel for the petitioners has not seriously opposed the intervention and states that presence of applicants would facilitate the adjudication of the dispute. Hence application is allowed. Applicants shall be shown as interveners in the writ petition. Necessary amendment be carried out by the petitioners by 30/11/2015.
