This is an application moved by the respondent for withdrawal of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited by the petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 19.09.2016.

The petitioners have deposited of Rs.15,00,000/- on 20.02.2017 and out of which the respondent is seeking to withdraw Rs.2,50,000/- for the marriage of his son and for his own medical treatment.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners opposes the prayer, however, considering the reasons and the ground on which the withdrawal is claimed, the respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,50,000/- on submitting usual undertaking. [ANIL S. KILOR, J.] nd.thawre
