The learned advocate for the petitioner states that after filing of this contempt petition, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the order of which wilful disobedience is complained is complied with.

Though I find that there is delay on the part of the respondents in redressing the grievance of the petitioner, accepting the explanation given in the affidavit in reply and accepting the unconditional apology tendered by them, the show cause notice issued to the respondent is discharged.
