Since, the period of earlier notification dated 12.08.2025 has come to an end, the prayer clause seeking quashing of such notification does not survive. In the said backdrop the petitioner has filed an application for amendment in view of the subsequent notification dated 12.09.2025.

Considering the subsequent events which the petitioners wants to bring on record, the application is allowed.
