DATED : NOVEMBER 08, 2019 Mr. Katkar, learned counsel for the applicant initially submits that charge-sheet is filed in this matter even prior to the filing of the present application. He, therefore, wishes to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file an application for bail afresh before the Court below. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an application afresh before the Court below in view of the changed circumstance i.e. filing of the chargesheet. The learned Judge of the Court below shall decide the said application on its own merit in accordance with law.
