Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited the entire decreetal amount under the judgment and it can be seen from the office note dated 05.12.2016.

In view of that, during the pendency of this appeal, there shall be ad interim stay to the judgment and decree dated 25.03.2014 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No.329/2006.
