This application is filed by the respondents/workmen submitting that they were permitted to join as per the order passed by this Court on 18th February, 2014. It is submitted that they are again not permitted to perform their duties from 1st October, 2014. The copy of the civil application is served on the petitioner on 21st November, 2014. The petitioner has not filed any reply to the application. None appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called out. As the petitioner has not controverted the contentions of the respondents/workmen, the petitioner is directed to allow the respondents/workmen to do the work as per the order passed by this Court on 18th February, 2014. The civil application is

Accepting the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed inasmuch as reply is not filed to the application, the petitioner is permitted to bring the legal representatives of respondent no.6, whose details are given in paragraph no.2 of the civil application, on the record. The civil application is allowed.
