Now learned Assistant Government Pleader tenders copy of the order dated 27 April 2022 wherein suspension order of the Petitioner is being withdrawn and it is directed that period during which the Petitioner was under suspension is being regularised as on duty subject to outcome of the pending appeal, if any. 2.

In light thereof, we do not find that there is any grievance left in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
