This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant for grant of permission to deposit balance decretal amount and for grant of Stay.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited Rs.37,19,966/- on 20.6.2017 before the Reference Court at Yavatmal. He further submits that as per directions given by this Court on 16.6.2017, the applicant was under obligation to deposit entire decretal amount. However, due to paucity of funds remaining amount remained to be deposited. He submits that now funds are made available and the applicant will be depositing balance amount of Rs.64.00 lacs in this Court within a period of one week from today. The statement is accepted. 4.

Registry is directed to accept the amount tendered by the applicant towards the balance amount of decretal. 5.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
