Shri R.K.Tiwari, learned advocate for the petitioner has pointed out the averments made in para 18 of the petition to the effect that the observations made by the Special Court in paragraph No.5 of the impugned order are factually incorrect. The learned advocate has made various other submissions also.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 8th October, 2018.

Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent.

There shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (b), until further orders.
