This petition takes exception to the order dated 16-08-2022 passed by the respondent-Assistant Provident Funds Commissioner, Akola.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed :- (a) The order impugned shall remain stayed, during the pendency of appeal filed by the present petitioner against the impugned order before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, subject to deposit of Rs.40 Lakhs by the petitioner with the respondentAssistant Provident Funds Commissioner, Akola, within a period of two weeks from today.

2 wp 8169.24.odt (b) The bank account/s of the petitioner shall be defreezed, subject to deposit of the above mentioned amount of Rs. 40 Lakhs.
