Respondent no.3 has appeared and tendered affidavit which shows compliance of this Court's order. 4.
Advocate Smt. Deshpande accepts that directions of this Court have been complied with.

Reply filed by respondent no.3 shows that he got permission to appear through office of Government Pleader on 31/8/2017, i.e., after this Court issued bailable warrant. 6.
In this situation, we recall order dated 11/7/2017. 7.
As the order is complied with, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
