This is an application filed by the applicantrespondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 for grant of permission to withdraw the entire deposited decreetal amount. Perused the application.

Heard the learned Advocate for both the sides. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 1/5 equal share separately out of amount of Rs.20,58,960/- along with accrued interest thereon, as per prayer clause. Out of the said payable amount, 50% amount be paid on usual undertaking and 25% amount be paid on solvent surety. 5.
The application is disposed of.
