This petition takes exception to the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by respondent no.5 - Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Fisheries), Maharashtra State, Mumbai. Respondent no.6 herein has filed the appeal before respondent no.5 against the order of respondent no.4 - the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, by which the application filed by the petitioner for registration was allowed.

By the order impugned, the respondent no.5 has stayed the order passed by the respondent no.4. 3.

By order dated 19.10.2024 this Court directed that pursuant to the impugned order the registration of the petitioner - society shall not be revoked.

Considering the facts and circumstances the following order is passed:

[i] The respondent no.5 shall endeavour to decide the appeal filed by the respondent no.6 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

[ii] The interim order passed by this Court dated 19.10.2024 shall remain in operation till disposal of the appeal.

[iii] The parties shall appear before the respondent no.5 on 24.12.2024.
