By this application, applicant wife is seeking transfer of matrimonial proceedings Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No.301 of 2020 pending in the Court of 12th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha, District Wardha on the ground that the distance between two places is more than 500 kms. As applicant has no source of income, it is difficult for her to bear the costs of litigation. 3.

Notice of the said Application is served on the nonapplicant. Learned counsel Mr. S.A. Nerkar appears for non-applicant. He filed his Power and submitted that non-applicant has no objection to transfer the proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.301 of 2020

In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application and as non-applicant has no objection for the same, the Application is allowed.

The Hindu Marriage Petition No.301 of 2020 pending in the Court of 12th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha, District Wardha for disposal.

The Misc. Civil Application (Tr.) No. 847 of 2022 is disposed of.
