and Registrar's Orders.

Mr. N.S. Rao, AGP for respondents 1&2/State.

CORAM: ROHIT B. DEO AND ANIL L. PANSARE , J J.

DATE: 20.08.2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. A.Z. Jibhkate states that since the petitioner has joined Akola on the basis of transfer order dated 28.8.2017, this petition may be disposed of.

2.

Even de hors the said statement fairly made, we find that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 28.8.2017 to Akola on the basis of a request made. While it is true that the petitioner sought transfer either to Wardha, Amravati or Nagpur, the application was treated as a request transfer from Jalgaon (Jamod) to a place near Wardha which is the native place of the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioner was transferred to Akola. Since the petitioner accepted the order dated 28.8.2017 without demur, we find no merit in the present petition. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
