DATED : FEBRUARY 23, 2015.
Heard Mr. D.M. Surjuse, learned advocate for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has committed contempt by disobeying the orders passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1396 of 2013 on 12th February, 2014 by which the respondent was directed to deposit the amount as per order of the reference court, within twelve weeks.
Mr Surjuse, learned advocate submits that the amount, as per the above mentioned order, has been deposited, though beyond period of twelve weeks. Considering the facts of the case and nature of the grievance made by the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the contempt petition invoking jurisdiction under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The petition is disposed of.
JUDGE.
