Though the prayer made in the present application for permitting the applicant to have his name substituted in place of the name of the deceased petitioner is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, considering the averments made in the application and the fact that the name of the applicant is reflected in Schedule I of the Public Trust Register, the application is allowed.

The name of the applicant is substituted in place of the deceased petitioner. The amendment be carried out accordingly. Needless to state that the challenge sought to be raised by the respondent nos.2 and 3 in the proceedings is kept open. Civil application is disposed of.
