DATED : 12-04-2024 In view of the affidavit dated 11-4-2024 sworn by the Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of the City of Chandrapur, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

In case if the petitioner is of the view that the entire dues are not satisfied, representation containing the amount due and receivable from the respondentemployer be moved. Such representation be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of lodging of the same and order to that effect be communicated in writing to the petitioner.

Liberty to approach afresh in case cause to that arose.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
