Heard Shri M.V. Joshi, Advocate, holding for Shri P.S. Wathore, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Shri J.B. Jaiswal, learned Advocate for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner was that the direction given by this Court in the judgment passed in Writ Petition No.3484 of 2012 on 20/03/2013 to decide the grievance of the petitioner within three months, was not complied with.

It is submitted that the Grievance Committee has decided the grievance of the petitioner and the decision is in favour of the petitioner.

Though, there is delay in deciding the grievance of the petitioner, as it is decided, in my view, this is not a case which necessitates the exercising of jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
