This is an application for condonation of delay of 75 days in filing Misc. Civil Application St.No.

22951 of 2015 for restoration of Second Appeal No.619 of 2015 by setting aside the order of rejection passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 03-09-2015.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.

The Civil Application (O) No.19 of 2016 is allowed.

Second Appeal No.619 of 2015 is

restored to file.

The learned Counsel for the applicant to inform about the restoration to the non-applicant in writing.

The applicant is expected to remove all office objections within a period of six weeks.
