This is an application for grant of bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and on expressing that the Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh before the learned trial Court.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
