By this application, the applicants are seeking relaxation of bail condition granted vide order dated 28/11/2022.

Heard both the sides. Perused the application and reply.

Considering the bail order passed on 28/11/2022 the bail was granted on condition that the applicant Nos. 1, 2 and 4 shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Beltarodi Police Station, Nagpur city, till culmination of the trial, except for the trial.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that still the trial has not commenced. Considering that, the applicants are the only earning members of the family and they have to maintain their family, therefore the said condition requires to be modified.

The condition no. (d) imposed by order dated 28/11/2022 is hereby cancelled, subject to condition that applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence by inducing or pressurizing the witnesses physically or through electronic media.

In view of that, criminal application (APPP) No. 1901/2024 is allowed and disposed of.
