We find that order dated 25/6/2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2884/2014 has been complied with and representation of petitioner has been decided. The order deciding the representation has been served upon the learned Counsel for petitioner today in the Court.

Adv. Sohoni for respondents fairly points out that on account of transfer of earlier Municipal Commissioner, the decision could not be taken

As we do not see any deliberate effort to disobey the order of this Court, with liberty to petitioner to challenge the adjudication, if he is aggrieved thereby, in accordance with law, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
