Apprehending arrest at the hands of police, in connection with Crime No. 295/2023 registered with Police Station Achalpur, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The applicants have approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

The accusations against the present applicants is on the basis of report lodged by the victim girl, on an allegation that on 30/09/2023 she was subjected for outraging the modesty by the present applicants, and therefore, she lodged the report.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the victim has already filed an affidavit before the learned trial Court submitting that due to the

misunderstanding, this false report is lodged. Now, the dispute has been settled between the parties. 4.

Moreover, this Court has also recorded the same while releasing the present applicants for ad-interim anticipatory bail. It is seen from the record that the parties are blood relatives and on account of some family matter, the quarrel took place which resulted into lodging the report by the informant.

The learned APP strongly opposed the application and prays for rejection of the application.

Considering the factual situation, the application deserves to be allowed by confirming the anticipatory bail granted to the present applicants. In view of that, I proceed to pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) In the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No. 295/2023, registered with Police Station Achalpur, District Amravati, the applicants - (1) Umesh s/o Ramrao Barde (2) Ramesh s/o Ramrao Barde (3) Balu s/o Bhimrao Barde and (4) Sharad s/o Balu Barde, are released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

c) The applicants shall not induce, threat or promise any witnesses who are acquainted with the facts of the present case.

The criminal application is disposed of.
