Heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicants and Ms. Prabhu, learned A.G.P. for respondents.

Learned A.G.P. is seeking time to seek instructions and file reply, however, we find reason for absence is supported by personal affidavit of learned counsel, and there are no malafides.

As such, we grant prayer made in the application. Order dated 26.10.2015 is recalled and Writ Petition No.5054/2015 is restored back to file.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

He states that petitioner after death of his first wife married again, and therefore, in pension papers wanted to substitute name of second wife in place of deceased wife. That request is not considered. 2.

Notice for final disposal, returnable on 11.07.2016. Ms. Prabhu, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents.

It is open to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner in this respect, in the meanwhile.
