DATED : 3rd July, 2019 In response to our order dated 03.01.2019, the Registrar, Industrial Court, who is personally present before this Court and has made statement that the office Circular No.1751 dated 30.12.2015 and communications dated 27.09.2017 and 24.08.2017 at Annexures "N" and "R" to this petition shall be withdrawn and it can be treated to have been withdrawn.

It is further statement made that the entire benefits shall be released which have been withheld, within period of one month from today.
