Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought our attention to notice dated 16/9/2025, by which, the Tahsildar, Chandur Bazar, District Amravati has called upon him to submit the explanation regarding seizure of vehicle in question as it was found overloaded. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has further brought our attention the judgment dated 21/03/2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 917/2023 and contended that his case is covered by the said judgment. Since only notice has been issued by Tahsildar, point raised in this petition can be canvassed before the Tahsildar.

We direct the Tahsildar i.e. respondent no. 2 to take the proceedings in logical end in view of the law laid down in Writ Petition No. 917/2023, if it is applicable. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
