The present application is filed to grant permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. The present appeal came to be withdrawn on 14.12.2021 in view of the fact that the parties have arrived at settlement. 2.

The applicant/appellant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by applicant at the time of filing of the appeal. In view of the fact that the appeal is already disposed of as withdrawn there is no impediment in granting application. As such application is allowed. The applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-, as per provisions of law.

The Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs.25,000/- after due verification.
