This is an application filed by the applicant to transfer the proceeding filed by the nonapplicant, which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur.

Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Chandrapur, with her parents, who have no source of income. Therefore, it is difficult for her to travel at Kalyan to attend the proceeding before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, hence, prayed to transfer the Prity

Though, the non-applicant is served, is not present.

Considering the economical condition of the parents and the applicant is not doing anything, it will be convenient for the non-applicant to attend the Court before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur.

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Civil M.A. No.773/2024, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is transferred to the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur.
