The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.821/2024 registered at Police Station Kondhali, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 331(4), 303(2), 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations made against this applicant are about receiving stolen property.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that on 22.09.2025, the applicant is protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail 5.

The learned A.P.P. has stated that there are antecedents and the applicant is involved in similar offences.

Considering that the allegations made are about receiving stolen property and the property is already received, the interim protection granted on 22.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
