DATED : 25-03-2015 As the registration of the writ petition is refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the respondents, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the revision against the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is condoned. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 30-06-2014 and the consequential order dated 14-07-2014 are set aside and the writ petition is restored.

The civil applications are allowed.

The petitioner shall remove the office objections within four weeks, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed with costs of Rs.1,000/-.
