The challenge is to the interlocutory order passed by the trial Court rejecting application filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff seeking permission to lead secondary evidence. Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the interlocutory order at this stage. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise appropriate challenge in appeal, if occasion arises.

The petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
