The caste claim of petitioner is still pending. This Court has on 30th of November, 2015 protected her education.

In this situation, we direct petitioner to appear before respondent no.1 - Committee on 15th of May, 2016 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter. The Committee shall attempt to complete caste verification of the petitioner in accordance with the Maharashtra Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other backward Classes and Special Backward category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificate) act, 2000, within next eight months.

In this situation, we direct that interim orders already granted by this Court on 30th of November, 2015 shall continue till then and shall be subject to it.

2 1504wp6399.15.odt Respondent no.3, 4 and 5 shall permit petitioner to prosecute her eduction and to appear for examination in the meanwhile. However, her performance and education shall be at the risk of petitioner.

Petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
