Learned counsel for the applicant cited an order made by this Court in Criminal Application No.539/2015. Perused the said order. This Court observed that present applicant Madhukar, is the main accused indulged in commission of rape as against other accused not having done any overt act. I have perused the statement of witnesses.

I think, there is direct evidence against the applicant of commission of offence of rape of a minor girl. That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.901/2015 is rejected. However, the trial is expedited.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to give protection to the witnesses.
