State of Maharashtra and others decided on 03/08/2023 (page 43), accepting which, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to release the regular pension and other pensionary benefits on account of his severance from employment, in terms of prayer clause (A). The petition is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (A).
