We have gone through the Inward Register. It appears that there was an application filed by the petitioner 1 for adjournment along with the medical certificate which was not considered and opportunity was not given to the petitioners being heard.

Hence, for want of hearing we quash the order passed by the respondent 2 and remand the matter to the respondent 2 for fresh decision after hearing both the parties.

The parties are directed to appear before the respondent 2 on 29.03.2023 at 11.00 a.m.
