Mr. A.S. Jaiswal, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants would surrender themselves and avail the remedy of their enlargement on regular bail. Mr. Jaiswal further submits that a week's time be granted to take such exercise. He further submits that as the applicants were protected by this Court vide order dated 01/12/2014, the interim protection be continued for a period of one week.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for extension of the interim protection.

Considering the fact that the applicants were protected by this Court by an interim order and this Court also directed the State to take certain steps, in my opinion, there is no reason to reject the prayer for extension of interim

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to surrender themselves within a period of one week, as undertaken by the applicants before this Court. The interim protection granted to the applicants to continue for a period of one week only. It is made clear that after expiry of the period of one week, the applicants are not protected in any way by this Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
