The learned Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that he is pressing this application only for a limited relief, namely, extension of time of one month to deposit the amount under the impugned order i.e. Rs.26,000/-. In my view, there is no need to issue notice to the non-applicant. By way of last chance, this Court is inclined to extend time by one month i.e. till 9th of January, 2016 to deposit the amount as ordered.

In that view of the matter, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

1. Civil Application [APL] No.852/2015 is disposed of.

2. Time to deposit Rs.26,000/- in accordance with the impugned order is extended only till 9th of January, 2016 and no further extension would be allowed. JUDGE *sdw
