Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for condonation of 55 days delay, caused in filing revision application against the impugned order dated 8.07.2022 passed by the Family Court. The reasons for delay have been stated in the application. On going through the reasons, I am satisfied that the reasons are acceptable. In view of this, the notice of this application would not be necessary to the non-applicants. The delay can be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The delay of 55 days, caused in filing the revision application, stands condone.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly. The applicant shall take steps to get the revision application register by removing all the office objections, if any.
