By this application the applicant/appellant seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount which was deposited by respondents in pursuance of compromise took place in the National Lok Adalat on 08.12.2018. It reveals that the matter was amicably settled between the parties at Lok Adalat. In view of that there is not hurdle to permit the applicant/appellant for withdrawal of amount as prayed.

Therefore, the applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,73,802/- deposited by the respondents in this Court. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The Civil Applications stands disposed accordingly.
