Since no notices were issued in the original Writ Petition St. No.3865/2020, I do not feel it necessary to issue notice on the present civil application, which seeks condonation of delay of 44 days in filing an application for restoration of the writ petition by setting aside the order dated 05/09/2022. 2.

Shri P.A. Dharaskar, learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within one week from today, accepting which statement, the delay in filing application for restoration of writ petition is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 05/09/2022 is hereby set aside and the petition is restored to its original file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, as a condition precedent. 3.
