DATE : FEBRUARY 6, 2015 Learned A.P.P. was asked on the last occasion to find out the seriousness of the illness of the wife of the petitioner for which reason the petitioner claims release on furlough. The learned A.P.P. has today produced certificate issued by one Dr. Sau. Sarika Sakalecha, who has examined the wife of the prisoner.

We find from the said certificate that there are early changes or the signs of ischemic heart disease and she was referred for further investigation.

We, therefore, find that for the present, there is no case made out by the prisoner for release on furlough. Criminal Writ Petition No. 981/2014 is, therefore, dismissed.
