Accepting the reasons stated in the application, the petitioner-management is granted time till 11th April, 2016 to pay the amount to the respondent No.3, as directed by the order dated 5th August, 2015 on condition that the petitioner-management shall pay Rs.One Lac out of the amount, to the respondent No.3 by Demand Draft till 11th December, 2015.

If the above directions are not complied, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.

List the petition for further consideration on 11th April, 2016.
